Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-08
By using prepreater.com or any service on it — including talking to Kavya, submitting the contact form, or messaging us on WhatsApp — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Prepreater is
Prepreater is a registered software studio based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, building AI agents and custom software for clients, its own products, and local business growth services. See About Prepreater.
Kavya voice consultations
Access to Kavya requires a passkey, is intended for genuine business enquiries, and every session is capped at roughly 3 minutes. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion — for abuse, spam, or any other reason. Anything Kavya says during a call is informational and does not constitute a binding quote, contract, or commitment; any actual engagement is confirmed separately, in writing, by our team.
Intellectual property — no reselling or reuse without consent
Everything on prepreater.com — including our product catalogue, service descriptions, case studies, pricing structures, written content, designs, and branding (including the Prepreater name and logo) — belongs to Prepreater and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell, or use any of it — in whole or in part, for any commercial or competing purpose — without our prior written consent. This includes presenting our catalogue, offers, or pricing as your own or as part of a different business.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access, crawl, or interact with this site without our prior written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from this site or any Prepreater product.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure.
No warranty
The site and any information, consultation, or preliminary advice given through it (including via Kavya) are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Formal engagements are governed separately by their own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything discussed informally.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prepreater is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
