Privacy Policy

Kavya is our AI voice receptionist. Access requires a one-time passkey (obtained via WhatsApp), and every session is capped at about 3 minutes. While you talk to Kavya:

• Your voice is processed in real time by our AI providers — Sarvam AI (speech-to-text and text-to-speech) and Anthropic (the conversational AI that generates Kavya's replies) — over a live connection run by LiveKit.
• At the end of the call, a summary of the conversation (and any name, email, phone number, or company you shared) is generated and emailed to our team via Resend, so we can follow up.

We don't use these conversations for advertising or sell them to anyone. They exist solely so our team can follow up on genuine enquiries.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through our own WhatsApp Business number and automation, and reviewed by our team directly. WhatsApp (Meta)'s own terms and privacy policy govern the WhatsApp platform itself.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic and which features get used — for example, when someone clicks "Talk to Kavya" or submits the contact form. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to distinguish visitors. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't sell it.

Our servers briefly use IP addresses for rate-limiting — stopping abuse of the contact form and the voice-consultation system. This is held in memory only and automatically cleared within minutes; it is not stored long-term or used to track you.

We rely on these providers to run the site and its services. Each processes data under their own privacy policy:

• Resend — delivers emails from the contact form and Kavya lead summaries.
• Anthropic — powers Kavya's conversational responses.
• Sarvam AI — converts speech to text and text to speech for Kavya.
• LiveKit — provides the real-time audio connection for voice calls.
• Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — site traffic and usage analytics.
• Cloudflare — security, DDoS protection, and content delivery for the site.

Contact form submissions and Kavya lead summaries live in our team email inbox for ordinary business record-keeping. We don't maintain a separate marketing database. Rate-limiting IP data clears automatically within minutes, as noted above.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion of it, by emailing [email protected].

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

If our data practices change, we'll update this page and its "Last updated" date.

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
